The IU Institute for Advanced Study is pleased to announce a new program, the IUIAS Summer Research Fellowship. This Fellowship will support IU faculty research activities during summer 2026.
Fellows will be awarded $5,000 in research funds to advance their proposed research project and will have access to office space in the Institute, should they choose to work on site.
Applications require
1. a 250-word project description of the research or creative activity to be undertaken during summer 2026;
2. a Summer 2026 project work plan
3. a budget justification/spending plan for the $5,000 research award;
4. an updated CV
Faculty for whom research is an evaluation criterion, at any rank, from any school or department, on any IU campus, are eligible to apply.
